Research Study (Acute Cartilage Injury of the Knee)
Dr. McCormack is participating in a clinical research study for adults with an acute cartilage injury of the knee. The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational injection of a recombinant form of the human fibroblast growth factor 18.
Rib Fracture Clinic
The Division of Thoracic Surgery at Surrey Memorial Hospital, serving Fraser Health Authority, is implementing a Rib Fracture Clinic. Patients referred to this clinic should have rib fractures of any kind and number and will be assessed for a possible open reduction internal fixation with a very new surgical technique.
